Ivanovsky Lakes Visitor Terms and Conditions

PROHIBITED:

1. Harming (includes harassing, hunting, shooting, wounding, killing, traping, capturing, or collecting) rare and endangered species of animals listed in the Red Book of the Russian Federation (fine of 1 500 to 2 500 rubles with gun-confiscation).
2. Destroying ant hills, nests, burrows and other habitats of animals (fine of 300 to 500 rubles).
3. Illegal forest damage (fine of 3 000 to 3 500 rubles), by use of motor vehicles and other equipment (fine of 3 500 to 4 500 rubles with offense tools-confiscation).
4. Harming rare and endangered plant species listed in the Red Book of the Russian Federation and the Red Book of the Republic of Khakassia. Actions (inaction), which can lead to the death of plants, including the collection for bouquets, medicinal purposes (fine of 1 500 to 2 500 rubles).
5. Violation of the forests fire safety (fine of 1 500 to 5 000 rubles).

6. Organisation of rest area, tourist sites, public events during fire season without the agreement with state power or local government (if firepits and trash cans are installed) (Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of 30.06.07 № 417 "On approval of the Fire Safety Regulations in forests ").
7. The forests, snow fields, rivers and lakes damage by industry waste, and also other negative actions (fine of 2 000 to 2 500 rubles).
8. Driving and parking and carwash at a distance of less than 100 m from the rivers bankline.  And at the distance less than 50 meters from the lakes and streams coastline (fine of 3 000 to 4 500 rubles).
9. Ignore of the standing rules and parking of vehicles (fine of 300 rubles).
10. Shooting (fine of 2 000 to 5 000 rubles with gun-confiscation or the right to buy, storage and carrying of weapons for a period of 1 year to 3 years).
11. The consumption of alcohol, illegal drugs or other intoxicants (fine of 100 to 500 rubles or arrest for up to 15 days).

Going on tourist route through the territory of the recreation area

MUST follow the RULES of PERSONAL SAFETY:

1. To rate the risk and difficulty of the route, your health and physical training level.

2. To take alone communications (possibly a satellite phone, radio). To ask for help If there was a bad weather, natural disaster or you were traumatized.
3. Do not lose self-control, do not panic if you are confuses or emergency happened.
4. To report an accidents by telephone "112" or 8 (390-36) 2-24-16. The search can be made immediately only if an defense alarm is made.

"Ivanovsky lakes" Visitor Registration

To arrive in the territory of the recreation area "Ivanovsky lakes" MUST:

1. Arrive at the checkpoint.
2. Check-in.
3. Check-out at the checkpoint.

This rules are necessary to provide your safety, to prevent accidents and to give support.
